How do I amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel an order please send an email to as soon as possible. If you have already paid, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, not later than 1 week after the cancellation request has been made.

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched by the artist, you will receive an email with all relevant tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on where you are, and which delivery option you selected when placing your order.
If you are UK based, you should have your order with you a week at most after you have ordered your product.
Please note: Due to COVID19, delivery time may take longer than expected.

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?

Please get in touch via email and we'll pick up the incorrect items (or will give you instructions to deliver it back to us at no cost) and get a replacement to you as soon as possible.

My product is damaged, what do I do?

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
If your goods are received as damaged once opened, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that we may require images of any damage for our records.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom (exc. Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and Europe.

How much is the shipping cost?

United Kingdom (exc. Channel Islands and Isle of Man): £4.99 Standard (per order) (2 - 4 days including Saturday)
Europe: £10 for Standard Delivery (2 – 4 working days)
Delivered Monday - Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)
Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail. A signature may be required.

Is there any other way to pick up my order?

If you live or work in London, you will be able to pick-up your items (free of charge) at certain locations, such as Earl's Court tube station, Waterloo tube station and Wimbledon tube station.
Please email us at as soon as you place your order, in order to arrange a suitable time for picking up your items.

I live or work in London, when and where can we meet to pick-up my order?

If you choose the option above, you will be provided with an address and a phone number and either Maribel or Alberto will give you your order personally.
The range of potential times are as follow, however they have to be agreed by both parties:
Wimbledon (Every day from 07:30 am to 22:00 pm)
Earl's Court and Waterloo (on mutual arrangement)
